Clean explosion-proof bridge crane

The crane is automatically controlled by the computer in the central control room, which can automatically run the reduction furnace and silicon rod tools from the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, rod removal tool and other positions according to the set working route.

The crane is designed to be lightweight and maintenance free. At the same time, anti-static, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials are widely used. The wheels are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel grooves are set on both sides of the track. The reducer is fully enclosed and highly sealed without oil leakage. The explosion-proof motor with high protection level is fan free. The double sealed brake can effectively prevent the leakage of pollution particles due to transmission wear in the motor. The fully enclosed design of crane wheel set, stainless steel wheels, and other parts with highly rustproof surface can effectively prevent corrosion pollution of metal materials, and self-lubricating fully sealed bearings can avoid lubrication pollution.
