Casting crane

The casting bridge crane is the main lifting and transportation equipment in the smelting workshop of the steel plant, which is used for the transfer, pouring and hot metal mixing of liquid metal in the smelting process. YZ double beam structure is generally adopted below 125t. Above 125t, it is generally YZS type four beam structure.

YZS type adopts the structure of main and auxiliary double trolley, four beams and four rails, which is mainly composed of bridge, main trolley, auxiliary trolley, hook beam, crane running and electrical parts. The main trolley runs on the main beam track outside the bridge, and the auxiliary trolley runs on the auxiliary beam track inside the bridge. The main trolley's picking device is a hook beam with fixed spacing, used to lift the ladle. The auxiliary trolley runs under the main trolley, and the picking device is a hook, It is used to cooperate with the main hook to dump molten steel, steel slag and other auxiliary lifting operations.
