Query-side Container Crane

Quayside container crane (referred to as quayside crane for short) is a special lifting equipment for loading and unloading container ships at the front of container terminal. Its function is to directly unload containers from the ship to the terminal or truck, or load containers from the terminal or truck to the ship.

The quayside container crane is mainly composed of the electrical control system, metal structure, four mechanisms (lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, pitching mechanism, crane running mechanism), trolley assembly, tilting cabin protection device and auxiliary device. Each mechanism adopts the unique technology of full digital AC frequency conversion and PLC control speed regulation, which is flexible in control and high in accuracy. It is also equipped with special slings for single and double container of various specifications and optional electronic anti sway function.
